Lunar 2 Eternal Blue, Lemina in Training! - Summary
Afterword (by Hiromi Hosoe... or Lemina)
Such is the story of me, Lemina Ausa. What did you think of my 14-year old life? Wasn't it a bit lame? I'm sure it could have been written better. After all, it is a story of a beautiful young woman.
In any case, last year after Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko published Lunar 2: Eternal Blue, Lucia of the Blue Star, I received plenty of fan mail! Among them were two postcard-sized illustrations from Miyuki in Kanagawa. I was very moved! On one page was a drawing of wonderful me, and on the other was a drawing of the main characters of the Eternal Blue novelization, Lucia and Hiro!
So, if you're thinking of sending artwork, picture me saying this:
"Hey! You over there! If your two postcards are going to get torn up in the mail, then you should put them in an envelope first!" (in Megumi Hayashibara's voice)
That's right! That's in my voice!
Miyuki! You're a wonderful person for sending me these two drawings for free! And of course, thank you to everyone else for your letters! Be sure to visit the Magic Guild the next time you're near Vane! I'll treat you to some mega-delicious tea for free!
Also, I received many letters from people who wanted a "Lunar" CD, or for a "Lunar 3" to be released... I'm sorry, but the Magic Guild doesn't make CDs or games. Please send your requests instead to Kadokawa's "Software Division". The address is written on the games' packaging.
Also, thank you to everyone on the internet for your support! But as for my editor Mr. Sudou, perhaps due to the ubiquity of e-mail, very few people write letters to the editor. Letters can carry a lot of weight in the decision to come out with more books. E-mail is cheap, so I understand, but it still would be mega-cool to send fan letters right to Kadokawa's front desk. After all, when it comes to realizing your dreams, sending a postcard is pretty cheap compared to what Hiro went thruogh to realize his dreams. So, please, send us your letters!
Oh, and include in your letters things like "make Lemina prettier!", "give a greater role to Lemina!", "don't include Borgan next time!", "make Lemina rich!", "introduce a rich, handsome, tall man with magic to fall in love with Lemina!". Please!
All right then! See you later!
