Tokyo Game Show Promo Card
We literally know nothing about this, other than it was apparently a promotion card from Tokyo Game Show in 1998 for Lunar: Silver Star Story, as the first picture obviously shows. It's not exactly the kind of merchandise you can buy, but the few people that went to TGS in 1998 might have gotten ahold of this.
