Akari Funato
Born on March 21 in Nagoya. Made her debut in 1993 in a Mega Drive [US: Sega Genesis] magazine. She likes the authors Michael Ende and Heinlein. She likes the game “Bazoe”. Quote: “There might be some weak points to the story, but it’s been three years since the events of the game, and I hope you like how Hiro is at age 19.”

[Note: Japanese guides state Hiro’s age as 16 during the game. The US version places him at a more realistic 18. This still places the events of the manga at three years after the game.]

Kei Shigema
He’s worked on many things, like the “Silent Mobius” novel and “Lunar” games. Quote: “The hero of any action-adventure must, at the very least, save the world from danger by helping a girl in distress. Of course, Hiro fulfills this requirement perfectly! Please enjoy his adventures.”
